Michael’s extensive experience involves code violations, code enforcement hearing, appeals, lien reduction hearings and municipal foreclosure action. Michael has also represents various corporations, developers and contractors that conducted business with municipalities throughout the State of Florida. Michael has been involved in numerous successful bid protests on behalf of numerous contractors vendors and government entities. Finally, Michael is also the Special Magistrate for the Town of Southwest Ranches.

Michael also has extensive construction litigation experience regarding Ch. 713, Fl. Stat., lien foreclosure actions, construction defective action, unlicensed contractor actions, wrongful termination, fraudulent inducement and breach of contract actions.

Michael also has extensive real estate dispute experience regarding partition, specific performance, slander of title, title disputes, evictions, unlawful detainers and foreclosure.

Michael also represents several corporations handling all of their legal matters including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, employment agreements, non-competes agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
